Our Vanguard/Profab Division services include design from the most basic dip tank through complete processing lines to meet your specific requirements. We can offer in-house Engineering in Auto CAD or work with customer drawings. Prototyping, repairs or additions to existing systems are also available. Installation by our experienced installers can range from simple tank lines to complete turnkey installations including automation.

Complete Design Engineering
Vanguard/Profab has the capabilities to fabricate your equipment requirements. By taking advantage of our in-house Engineering Department who can work per your specifications, or we will work closely with you using your drawings. We are dedicated to having a complete understanding of your project requirements and to provide the right equipment to meet all of your needs.

Prototyping
Prototypes are a valuable service to use for initial product designs allowing the ability to alter the process as needed before actual fabrication begins. This gives our customers the first phase of the product for their approval.
Prototyping is done to determine the feasibility of the process before any further investment is made.
