Nalgene Rectangular/Square Flat Bottom Tanks
Nalgene (Saint-Gobain) provides plastic tanks from 2 to 500 gallons. FRP (fiberglass-reinforced polyester) support casings are available for Nalgene's rectangular tanks. These casings are steel-reinforced, chemical-resistant and maintenance-free. Nalgene recommends using FRP casing or exterior support with all rectangular tanks used at elevated temperatures, with high specific gravity liquids or a dimension greater than 18 inches.
Nalgene's Rectangular tanks come with covers and have three available flange styles: Stepped-Flange, Stepped-Flange with 1/2" Flat and Flat-Flange. They are available in the following resins: HDPE, XLPE, PP and PVDF.Note: Never use FRP casings alone as a tank. Always use a liner. For continuous service at elevated temperatues or storage of high specific-gravity materials, always use an FRP casing with your tank.
