Poly Processing SAFE-Tank® Double Wall System
The Poly Processing SAFE-Tank® Double Wall Containment System combines two tanks together to prevent contamination. SAFE-Tanks® are available in HDPE construction, or for increased chemical resistance and tank longevity, HDXLPE with OR-1000. The double layered tank is specifically recommended for sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and hydrofluosilicic acid. Optional fittings and accessories include SAFE-Tank® enhanced bellows transition fittings and the SAFE-Tank® leak detection device.

HDXLPE tanks are available with a 1.35, 1.65, 1.90 or 2.2 specific gravity. HDPE tanks are available with a 1.35, 1.65 or 1.90 specific gravity. Contact Aetna Plastics for more information.
Part Numbers represent the inner (top number) and outer components of the SAFE-Tank®.
