INFORMATION REGARDING THE CURRENT CORONAVIRUS SITUATION

To our valued Aetna Plastics customers,
Thank you for your business and the opportunity to serve you. We wanted to personally share an update on our efforts to help keep your operations up and running during the outbreak of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
Aetna Plastics is closely monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and we are taking a number of precautionary measures for the health and safety of our customers and team members. Our goal is to do everything we can to help you keep your operations up and running and people safe during this unprecedented and evolving situation.
We have implemented extensive measures to protect our employees and to secure and maintain our business processes and ability to deliver.
VISITORS TO AETNA PLASTICS
Customer service and pick up will be confined to designated counter and dock locations.
Effective March 16, 2020, Aetna Plastics will restrict access to our facilities, except for our employees and individuals cleared by our management.
Deliveries via acceptable means will be confined to designated receiving locations.
Aetna Plastics has implemented extensive measures to update the planned forecast as much as possible. We will maintain regular contact with the supply chain to proactively increase stock levels where applicable to minimize disruptions.
Aetna Plastics will require all suppliers in the supply chain to inform us of any disruptions as soon as possible and work with our procurement people to mitigate risks.
Aetna Plastics is committed to maintaining a continued high level of service to our customers during this unprecedented situation.
CURRENT STATUS A/O MARCH 16, 2020
- We are very happy to report that no Aetna employee has tested positive with COVID-19.
- We are not aware nor have we been informed of any parts, components or materials being in short supply or at risk due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
- We will be in constant contact with our principle vendors and update this status weekly.
- With no reported case within our facilities we do not see our production and fabrication schedule being jeopardized.
Conclusion: At this time we are not experiencing, nor are aware of any impact within our supply chain including risks in labor, transportation, raw materials or components due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
