1. Scope of This Notice
This notice explains how Aetna Plastics Fabrication collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information, and describes the privacy rights available to California residents. Aetna Plastics Fabrication is located at 9075 Bank St., Cleveland, OH 44125.
This notice applies to personal information we collect:

We retain usage data collected via cookies per the schedule in Section 6.
Sources of personal information. We collect personal information directly from you; from your employer or the organization you represent; automatically through your use of the Sites (cookies and similar technologies); from publicly available business sources (e.g., professional networking sites, business directories); and from our service providers and marketing partners.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information for the following business and commercial purposes:
- Providing, maintaining, and improving our products, services, and the Sites
- Processing and fulfilling orders, quotes, and service requests, and managing billing
- Creating and managing accounts on our Sites
- Communicating with you and your organization, including by email, telephone, and SMS as described in Section 5

- Auditing and improving the performance and security of the Sites
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies and similar tracking technologies (beacons, tags, and scripts) on the Sites. The table below summarizes the categories we use.
| Category | Type | Administered By | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Necessary / Essential | Session | HIPCO | Authenticate users and enable core site features; the site can’t function for you without these. |
| Cookie Notice Acceptance | Persistent | HIPCO | Record whether you’ve acknowledged our cookie notice. |
| Functionality | Persistent | HIPCO | Remember your preferences (e.g., login details, language) across visits. |
| Analytics / Performance | Persistent | Third parties (e.g., Google Analytics) | Measure site traffic and usage to improve our website and services. |

You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality. As described in Section 7, we detect and honor the Global Privacy Control and other recognized opt-out preference signals as an instruction to opt you out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Marketing Communications
Email. We may send newsletters, product updates, and promotional communications by email. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us.
SMS. If you provide a mobile number and consent, we may send you SMS text messages. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. How We Disclose Personal Information
We disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers and contractors, under written contracts that restrict their use of personal information to performing services on our behalf (e.g., IT hosting, CRM/ERP, payment processing, shipping and logistics, applicant tracking).
- Advertising and analytics partners (e.g., Google Analytics; Google Ads/DoubleClick), for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under the CCPA, this counts as “sharing,” and depending on the arrangement may count as a “sale,” of personal information, even though no money changes hands. You may opt out as described in Section 7.
- Affiliates, meaning any parent company, subsidiary, or other entity under common control with HIPCO, bound to honor this notice.
- Business transaction parties, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of some or all of our business or assets.
- Legal and regulatory recipients, where required by law, subpoena, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. As noted above, our use of advertising and analytics cookies counts as “sharing” (and, under some vendor arrangements, may count as a “sale”) of personal information under the CCPA’s broad definitions. Section 7 explains how to opt out.
7. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law:
- Right to Know / Access. Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we’ve collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we’ve disclosed, sold, or shared it.
- Right to Delete. Request deletion of personal information we’ve collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., to complete a transaction or comply with a legal obligation).
- Right to Correct. Request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing. Direct us not to sell or share your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising. We detect and honor the Global Privacy Control and other recognized opt-out preference signals as a valid opt-out request.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. Direct us to limit our use of sensitive personal information to purposes permitted under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121.
- Right to Data Portability. Receive a copy of the personal information you’ve provided to us in a portable format, where technically feasible.
- Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level or quality of goods or services because you exercised a privacy right.
Minors. Our Sites are directed to businesses and are not intended for use by individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16.
8. How to Exercise Your Rights
You may submit a request using any of the following methods:
- Toll-free: 1-800-877-4472
- Online form: https://www.hipco.com/privacy-request-form/
- Email: [email protected]
- Mail: Harrington Industrial Plastics LLC, Attn: Privacy, 14480 Yorba Ave., Chino, CA 91710
Verification. To protect your information, we will verify your identity before responding to a request to know, delete, or correct, using information you’ve already provided us (e.g., matching your submitted details against our records) and, for requests involving more sensitive information, may require additional information proportionate to the sensitivity of the request. We will not require you to create an account to submit a request.
Authorized agents. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of your written authorization and may still require you to verify your own identity directly with us.
Timing. We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days of receipt. If needed, we may extend this period once by an additional 45 days, with notice to you explaining the reason for the delay.
9. Automated Decision-Making Technology
HIPCO does not currently use automated decision-making technology to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you (for example, in hiring). If that changes, we will update this notice to provide the pre-use notice, access rights, and opt-out or human-appeal rights required under California’s automated decision-making technology regulations (Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, effective January 1, 2026).
10. Financial Incentives
HIPCO does not currently offer any financial incentive, discount, or loyalty program in exchange for the collection, sale, or retention of personal information. If this changes, we will describe the material terms of the program and obtain your opt-in consent before you participate, as required by Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.125.
11. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Other State Privacy Laws
As of 2026, 19 other states besides California have comprehensive consumer privacy laws in effect, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, and Florida, among others. Each of these laws excludes personal information processed in an employment or business-to-business context from its scope. Because HIPCO’s data practices are largely B2B in nature, they generally fall outside those states’ requirements. Additional states’ laws are scheduled to take effect over the next two years and are expected to follow the same approach. If you reside in one of these states and have questions about our practices, you are welcome to contact us using the information in Section 15.
13. California Shine the Light
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents with an established business relationship with us may request certain information, once per calendar year, about the categories of personal information we have shared with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. To make such a request, contact us using the information in Section 15.
14. Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will revise the “Effective Date” above and, for material changes, provide additional notice (such as an email or a prominent notice on the Sites) before the change takes effect. We maintain a version history of this notice for our internal compliance records.
